Don’t think that you have to plan voyage on a cruise months in advance. It’s more than possible to take a spontaneous holiday and go on a cruise. Be it a week or two, a few days or a month, you can make the necessary arrangements to sail off into the sunset. Before you leave, you’ll need to buckle down and make the necessary bookings and payments, but taking a last minute cruise is a great way to get away from the world.
Last minute cruises are those that you discover two weeks before they depart. You may see a dream holiday, realize there are still bookings and that you can still afford the trip. Once you realize this, it is time to act!
For instance, if today was October 5th and you were innocently surfing the Internet when you chanced upon a cruise deal that said you could be cruising the Bahamas for four nights at $139 aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruises liner, then you could be on that cruise by the 20th of October. It’s just that simple!
A last minute cruise is usually a discount cruise which means that you end up paying a lot less, though you’ll have to do more hustling to organize yourself so that you can go.
After you’ve read the cruise deal three times over to make sure you’re seeing it right, you can cancel that dentist’s appointment, call Aunt Jemima to have her water your plants and tell your boss that you need a week of personal time.
After you’ve made the necessary arrangements, you’re good to go and enjoy a week at sea. It’s all part of being a Spontaneous Cruiser.
